Grace and Peace from Guatemala!

Our ten- member team assembled in Miami for a smooth flight to Guatemala City. Customs and luggage retrieval went smoothly. The view from the airport windows revealed tall, modern buildings backed by steep mountains. We were met my Nury de Milian, a petite, energetic, and very gracious woman who has hosted many MOST Ministries teams. She guided us to the van that is our transportation for the week, and off we went through the historic part of the city, where a Colonial-era aqueduct stood upon Mayan ruins. I was ready for a historic walking tour. (To be continued after dinner if our internet service cooperates)

Another Flexible Team Departs!

God has brought Team #1812 together through many changes at home and on the field. Follow us as we depart VERY early Friday morning for Guatemala, where we will meet survivors of the El Fuego eruption and bring them much-needed water filters, discuss ways to maintain good health, and share the Living Water of the Gospel. We will be learners as well as facilitators. Pray that our hearts stay attuned to the Holy Spirit as well as the stories and needs of the people we meet. You who remain at home and pray are a vital part of our ministry!
